Who we are

Susann Störmer

Susann holds a diploma in international administration and management and started her professional career as a foreign language assistant in an international law company in Brussels, Belgium. After several positions at scientific institutions in Dresden and upon receiving her master’s degree in Business Administration at Dresden International University in 2014, she started at cfaed in October 2014.

As Career Development Manager at cfaed, Susann specializes in our Grant and Workshop Programs as well as all questions regarding the German tariff system.

 

Anett Eichner

Anett studied Business Education and Human Resource Management at University Chemnitz and has gained her first professional experiences at the largest Swedish furniture company and a major engineering service company. Additionally, she enhanced her vocational skills with a certified education as business coach. Before she joined cfaed in July 2013, she supported different technology start-ups as a coach, especially in the development of HR structures and team building.

Within cfaed Career Development, Anett is your first contact with regard to industry cooperations and for all questions relating to career steps outside academia. 

 

Dr. Patricia Grünberg

Patricia received her Dr. degree in Communication Science from University Leipzig and conducted an additional master in Human Resources Development at Technical University of Kaiserslautern. After several years as research associate, she worked in science management of University Hamburg. In September 2014, she started as Career Development Manager at cfaed and specializes in appointment processes, our workshop program and in career advice, especially in academia.
