In this 2-day workshop the participants will work on their personal leading skills by reflecting and anticipating leadership theoretically and practically, i.e. their personal idea of man, how to create fields of creativity and the leadership diamond. Furthermore they will work on questions of team-development and conflict management. The workshop will give the participants both a theoretical and a practical approach on leadership and team development.
