ECME 2017 | Welcome
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to the
14th European Conference on Molecular Electronics (ECME),
held in Dresden on 29 August - 2 September 2017.
The European Conference on Molecular Electronics, ECME, has become the premier European Conference in the field, and ECME 2017 will belong to the prestigious series of biannual conferences previously organized in Italy (Padua, 1992), Germany (Kloster Banz, 1994), Belgium (Leuven, 1996), United Kingdom (Cambridge, 1997), Sweden (Linköping, 1999), The Netherlands (Rolduc, 2001), France (Avignon, 2003), Italy (Bologna, 2005), France (Metz, 2007), Denmark (Copenhagen 2009), Spain (Barcelona, 2011), United Kingdom (London, 2013) and France (Strasbourg, 2015).

Dresden is one of the international hub for organic and molecular electronics. In a short time, the city grew to become a top location in the areas of microelectronics, nanotechnology, new generation materials, and life sciences. Electronic companies such as Globalfoundries, Infineon, VON ARDENNE GmbH, and Novaled broaden the economic and scientifically spectrum. Therefore, the capital of Saxony offers a combination of young and already grown expertise within these fields and therefore qualifies as one of the leading advanced research centers in Europe.
The conference will cover all areas related to molecular -organic and plastic- electronics including chemistry, physics, biology, materials science, nanoscience, engineering, device fabrication and commercialization.

We are very much looking forward to your participation!
