Presentation Information

This year, the 31st edition of FPL will be celebrated virtually using the Whova platform. The main conference will take place from 1 Sept until 3 Sept, 2021. The workshops and tutorials will be organized from 30 Aug until 31 Aug, 2021.

Presentation of Long, Short, PhD forum and Project Papers

Regarding presentation, we will be conducting in a hybrid mode. While the presentations will be pre-recorded as a video to be played during the session, the authors are required to be available for questions. Please note the following timing constraints when preparing the video.

Long paper presentations: 16 minutes video (+4 min live Q&A)

Short paper presentations: 7 minutes video (+3 min live Q&A)

PhD Forum presentations:  7 minutes video (+3 min live Q&A)

Presentation of Demo Night Papers

We will conduct the presentation of demos using a virtual booth. For this virtual booth please, prepare a 5 min video.
