Transport in Hybrid Materials Group
Hybrid semiconducting materials and nanomaterials offer the possibility to combine the advantageous properties of different material classes or generate hybrids with completely new properties. While many hybrid materials have already found application in a range of electronic and optoelectronic devices, much remains unknown about the nature of charge transport in these materials. The newly founded research group ‘Transport in hybrid materials’ will explore a broad range of hybrid materials and investigate their charge transport mechanisms.
